Susan serves as the Global Lead for Integrated Water Resources Management for Jacobs Engineering Group. In that role, she leads the firm’s international practice to plan for and implement long-term One Water solutions integrating water supply, drought management, and conservation strategies with stormwater, flooding, and urban design approaches. Prior to working for Jacobs, Susan served as the Assistant Public Works Director for the City of Leon Valley Texas where she started the first conservation rebate and curbside recycling programs in south Texas. As the Water Resources and Conservation Director for the San Antonio Water System, she led a team to develop an award-winning conservation program.  

Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University (San Antonio) and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She also attended the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received Facilitation certification from the University of New Mexico.
