The mission of the New Berlin water utility is to be the responsible custodian and provide a good quality, potable water supply at adequate pressures and in sufficient quantities for consumption and fire protection purposes to all current and future utility customers; to be consistent with state / federal regulations and water industry practices and standards in the most cost-effective manner possible; and to educate the public about the benefits of being good water use stewards.
