The Final Report, which documents the Study’s progress through January 31, 2011. In June 2013, new versions of the reports were posted. No technical changes were made to the documents, but slight formatting modifications were incorporated to facilitate document printing and for compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which ensures accessibility of information to people with disabilities. In developing it, the Alliance for Water Efficiency and the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy analyzed and consolidated contributions from over fifty thought-leaders from across the energy and water efficiency communities.
