Bill McDonnell, recently retired as the Water Efficiency Manager for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Bill has a BA from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from University of La Verne. His team at MET managed conservation programs for commercial, industrial and residential customers covering MWD service area of 19 million people. Bill has more than 30 years’ experience in water and energy efficiency. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the California Irrigation Institute.
