Fernando Fernandez is the Senior Director of Codes and Standards at Toto USA, Inc. During his 27 year career in the industry, his work has greatly focused on aspects of product design, testing, and compliance. His role entails directing Toto’s regulatory affairs and conformity compliance program in the Americas including managing activities related to standards development and water efficiency initiatives.
