Rick Maloy is the Director of Communication overseeing water conservation, communication, and education at Central Utah Water Conservancy District. Rick knows the importance of water and what needs to be done to meet the future demand as the state of Utah continues to grow.
Rick has spent over 18 years working in the field of water conservation, water supply planning and distribution. Rick served 10 years in the Utah Army National Guard and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and a master’s degree from Utah State University.
