Summer is a Conservation Manager with the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) and the Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD). She manages teams that oversee single-family residential conservation programs and Water Use Compliance (water waste and water theft enforcement).
Summer has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Business Administration/ Human Resources Management and is a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor. She possesses 20+ years of experience in water conservation, including the development, implementation and supervision of the Water Use Compliance team and coordination of both the single-family residential programs and non-residential conservation programs.
