Drought Planning and Response

Virtually all water providers are vulnerable to the impact of drought and should plan accordingly. The most common approach is to develop a water shortage plan with various drought stages. These stages are typically triggered by a supply condition and contain a set of voluntary or mandatory actions designed to meet a reduction target.
